This is my Adult Release Form. Because I am 18, I was able to sign my own Talent Release. This is to ensure that the production have my permission to use my voice. At the time I signed it thinking that I was going to be used in our last scene, but that was changed the last minute when I decided that Ellie should be in it as she was the hand. We also got her to sign a Talent Release form too, getting her to agree that we could Photograph her in our production. It was dated on the 18th October. I signed & agreed knowing that this production will be published onto Youtube.
